Privacy notice
Draft for beta testing. Confirm jurisdictions, subprocessors, retention periods, and user rights with qualified counsel before public launch.
Information collected
Sorlin stores account and organization details, deployment configuration, encrypted environment values, usage measurements, logs, support requests, security events, and billing identifiers. Payment providers should handle card details directly.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, run deployments, calculate usage, provide support, prevent abuse, recover failures, and improve platform reliability.
Infrastructure and providers
Applications and backups may run on the infrastructure region and provider selected for the service. A production notice must list subprocessors and international transfer terms before launch.
Retention and deletion
Project data follows the published inactivity and deletion policy. Operational, billing, fraud, and legal records may require separate retention. Export project configuration and PostgreSQL data before deletion.
Your choices
You can edit project configuration, export supported data, delete projects, and contact support about account access or deletion. The final notice must provide the operator’s legal identity and privacy contact.
